Do you create pasta with a "bite" or not?

Are you all for 'al dente' or do you prefer a sofater pasta.  I'm totally all about a little bit more than al dente, but feel like I'm not doing it "reight" when I cook pasta the way I like it.  Is there a right or wrong???
